My philosophy

I believe that we all feel better in body and mind with movement in our lives. And that we benefit most when we move in nature and with others.

I help people realise the benefits of this powerful combination of movement, nature and community to feel good and get strong.

Individual-focussed: I listen to each person I work with to understand their unique goals, abilities and needs. I create personalised movement programmes that they enjoy and deliver results that are meaningful for them.

Trusted: I’m always professional, discrete, non-judgemental and authentic in training. I create a friendly, welcoming environment in group settings. 

Adaptive: I keep my subject knowledge and skills up to date through continuous learning. My practice is always evolving in response to what I learn. Likewise, how I train others evolves in response to progress achieved and changing needs.

Collaborative: I love to work with, learn from and share ideas with like-minded professionals that have similar values. I’m always collaborating to grow my knowledge and so that I can recommend partners who can help with needs outside my area of expertise.
