My promise

Create a movement practice with meaning

I can help you to…

  • You’ll have more energy for daily life with improved physical capability. You can recover movements that you’ve been capable of in the past, and experience the joy of mastering new skills for the first time.

  • You’ll do more of what you enjoy, and have the confidence to try new activities with more confidence in your physical capability .

  • Improve mood, develop a resilient growth mindset, and build self-confidence with a meaningful movement practice.

  • Enjoy time with like-minded people through training. You’ll share goals, experiences and the collective joy of moving together. You’ll experience a deeper connection to nature training outdoors. And exploring movement helps us to understand our own body, learn what feels good for us, and love our bodies for what they can do.

  • Together, we find opportunities to play in your environment, whether in nature, an urban or a rural setting. Wherever you are, we create playful ways to move.

How we’ll do it…

I tailor training for you and your goals - I am individual, not system-focussed. I draw on experience of many training systems and approaches to help you meet your goals in the most effective and enjoyable way for you. Backed by evidence-based behaviour change approaches I help people find their why to movement.

I'm especially passionate about building fitness and strength through natural movement and play. I am a Level 1 certified instructor for MovNat - a natural movement training system. Natural movements are those that our ancestors used daily, such as crawling, jumping, running, balancing, climbing, throwing, lifting, carrying and vaulting. This training is often playful - we explore and connect with our environment and those around us. And it’s skills-based, working our brains and our bodies. Moving naturally is a joyful way to get fit and strong for everyday life.

I enjoy helping women learn how to optimise training at different phases of hormonal cycles and through different life stages, such as perimenopause and post-menopause. Movement - the right kind at the right time - can help us women, especially at different stages of our hormonal changes, the short and the long term ones.

Choose a journey of …

  • progress over perfection

  • movement for how we feel over how we look

  • gaining muscle over losing fat

  • body confidence over a new you

  • sustainable practice over a quick fix.
