1:1 Movement Coaching

Build lasting strength with a complete coaching package.

This isn’t just workouts — it’s creating a habit that works for you. With a personalised plan, expert coaching, and your coach (me!) in your corner every step of the way. You’ll stay consistent, confident, and strong — even when life gets full.

What you’ll get

  • Personalised 45-minute 1:1 training sessions (online or in-person) - choose from 2 or 3 per month.

  • Custom programme designed for your body, goals & lifestyle, adapted along the way.

  • Expert coaching on strength, mobility, balance & habit-building.

  • A home training plan delivered via app - clear & simple.

  • Weekly online check-ins & chat support with me to keep you on track — I’m in your corner all month.

Flexible sessions, same full support

Each package gives you the same coaching, programming, and support. You just choose how many live 1:1 sessions you want each month:

€240 / £220 per month

2 sessions/month
€190 / £175 per month

Community Move Club

Outdoor Group Fitness that’s Fun, Functional & Friendly

What it is…

Fun outdoor fitness — in good company.

Feel strong, move better, and have fun while you’re at it. These outdoor group sessions blend strength, balance, coordination and play — in a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.

It’s perfect for you, if…

  • You enjoy being outside and moving in good company

  • You want to get stronger and fitter in a fun, relaxed setting

  • You like a bit of variety — and a good laugh.

Every Thursday in Chalabre, 9- 10h | 8-9h in July & August

What you’ll get…

  • A mix of strength work, mobility & games

  • With a dose of balance, coordination and agility

  • A supportive environment for all abilities

  • Sessions in both French & English - suitable for all levels of speakers of either language

  • Small group training, no more than 9 people.
