Small-group training in Chalabre | 5 week course
Push-ups have a bit of a reputation.
Many people think, “too hard”, “too technical”, “not for me,”, “not at my age”.
This January, I’m changing that!
To help you work towards your first push-up - one of my favourite full body strength movements - I’m running a 5-week, supportive in-person course designed. Whatever your starting point - if you’ve never tried one, can do them on a wall, a bench, or are already almost there, this is about building your strength and capability.
To help you improve I’ll be ready with progressions, encouragement, and solutions.
What this course is really about
You’ll work towards a push-up, and more importantly, you’ll:
Build full-body strength
Learn how to get stronger for push ups (it’s not just about doing more)
Develop confidence in movements that once felt off-limits
Experience what focused, progressive training can feel like
Improved strength and capability are the goal. Push-ups are just the vehicle.
How it works
📍 At mine, in Chalabre
📅 Starting Tuesday 13th January
🗓️ Every Tuesday for 5 weeks
⏱️ 9:00–9:45am
👥 Only 4 spaces (kept small on purpose)
🏷️ €99 for all 5 sessions
Each session builds on the last, with clear progressions and plenty of individual attention.
You’ll also get optional tips and ideas for practising between sessions, so you can keep the momentum going and progress as fast as you want.
If you’re interested but the time doesn’t quite work, let me know. I’ve got some flexibility and I’d love to find a way to make it accessible.

This course is ideal if you:
Can’t do any/many push ups and want a clear, realistic path
Feel strong in some areas but stuck with upper-body strength
Want coaching that’s encouraging, not shouty
Enjoy learning in a small, friendly group
You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start. You just need to be curious and willing to show up.
