Step 1
Apply, our call, your programme
After you apply, we have a no-obligation call to make sure we're a good fit. Once you're signed up, you'll answer questions in my app so I understand your goals, lifestyle and current fitness. From there, I build a programme designed around you.
Step 2
Coaching and support
Your weekly sessions are delivered through my app, with video guides for every exercise. I'm with you throughout - monthly live sessions, weekly check-ins, and daily chat if you need it.
Step 3
Build confidence, see results
Week by week, you'll feel yourself getting stronger. You'll master new movements, notice the difference in everyday life, and in the activities you love.

Hi, I'm Alli
I'm a strength coach, a passionate mover, and a firm believer that moving well and moving often can transform your life. I know this because it transformed mine.
In my 30s I developed a chronic pain condition that changed my relationship with my body.
Movement - first running, then strength training - changed everything. Not just the pain, but how I felt, how I showed up, what I believed I was capable of, and the adventures I could say yes to.
Now in my 40s, I'm stronger and moving better than ever.
And I've spent years helping women who felt stuck, sore, overwhelmed, or unsure - helping them build strength they didn't know they had.
I specialise in women's training at every life stage, including perimenopause and menopause, and supporting women through big transitions - a move, a new country, retirement, a reinvention, a re-start.

We start with what you have! Many clients begin with just their bodyweight. As you progress, I may suggest a resistance band or kettlebell – but we build around your resources.

Your program is designed for you, so this will depend on your life. Many people I work with do 3-4 workouts per week, each lasting around 20-45 minutes. However some are doing less, and some more – depending on their goals and their life.
