Summer Core Strength Boost is a 4-week personal training programme designed to help you build essential core strength with expert guidance and a personalised approach. Whether you're starting fresh, returning to movement, or looking to improve your technique, this is your chance to build strength that truly supports your life.
By the end of 4 weeks, you’ll move with more control and confidence—without crunches, gym machines, or long workouts. You’ll have the knowledge to continue progressing, whether independently, in a gym, or in group classes.

How it works

2 x 30-minute sessions per week – personalised to your body and goals.
€149 total (8 sessions at less than €19 per session)
Train with a partner? Add €5/session (total €189 for two people)
